The Doors

"The Doors" formed in Los Angeles 1960 by Ray Manzarek, Jim Morrison, John Densmore, and Robby Krieger. Their name "The Doors" take away from the title book of "The Doors of Perception".

1967, their first album even also released with the title of "THE DOORS". This album recorded only in a few day because most song recorded by live and only in once record. This album is successfully in sale and succeed to reach for 5 platinum.

In a short time "The Doors" go up to become the grup of board band. Action of stage and charisma Jim Morrison become the separate fascination make "The Doors".

1971, moment have the day in French, Jim Morrison found to defeated in bathing tub in hotel room. Not yet there certainty about cause of Jim death because known that the latter Jim buried in French without experiencing autopsy process.

After Jim Morrison of death, "The Doors" remain to active and have time to release two album again. Empty vocal sector filled by Krieger and Manzarek. This two album fail to repeat the previous album success. But moment of "The Doors" find the record voice the Jim Morrison read off the momentary before dying and trying to enhance the music and realesed in album of "AN AMERICAN PRAYER".

With the last formation Brett Scallions, Robby Krieger, Ray Manzarek, Ty Dennis, and Phil Chen, "The Doors" remain to be grup of music legendary.
